Returns and Shipping Policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Our policy lasts 7 days. Because of the nature of this product, to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. we do not accept order refunds, returns, cancellations, or exchanges unless the product is faulty or defective. 

SHIPPING

Once we receive your order, it goes into the queue to be packed and shipped. If your order is received in the morning before the cut-off time, 1:00 p.m. (EDT) most likely it will be shipped the same day. Occasionally delays due to inventory, weekends, holidays, sales or shipping partner delays can happen, so customers should expect 1 – 3 days. 

The customer is responsible for covering any duties charges that may be incurred in the shipping process.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or packages shipped to the wrong address. At checkout, please be sure to use the correct shipping address. If USPS/Canada Post/Canpar is unable to deliver, please contact them to arrange to pick up or delivery. If the package is stolen, please contact the carrier to file a claim.

We are not responsible for packages shipped to the incorrect address entered by the customer. If address entered is incorrect and the package has left our facility, it is suggested to contact your local USP/Canada Post/Canpar office to locate. We will not re-ship an order due to an incorrect address entered by the customer. 

WARRANTY CLAIMS

NIIX Device units come with a one (1) year limited warranty from the date of retail purchase by the original purchaser.

  1. NIIX  Vape only warranties NIIX  Products that have defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Warranty does not apply when the device was purchased through a 3rd party reseller such as eBay or Craigslist. 
  2. Warranty replacement cannot be claimed if the product is damaged by accident, abuse, misuse, water, fire, earthquake, or other external causes and environmental conditions. This includes the damages caused by using anything other than NIIX  Pod e-liquid in NIIX  devices. Warranty is inapplicable in cases where the product has been modified, disassembled etc. Warranty claims will not be accepted if the instructions of use are neglected.

In cases where the warranty applies NIIX  Vape will replace your NIIX  product(s) with a new one.

You may be required to send the faulty device back upon request from our Customer Service Team. Unfortunately, we will be unable to process further warranty claims until we receive that faulty device. In case you are required to send the faulty device back, you will be provided with a prepaid return shipping label to send your faulty product(s) back to us for testing, alongside your replacement product(s).

The below information is required to complete the warranty form: 

  1. Attached photo of the original receipt showing the date of purchase and purchase price. If purchased online, please provide your order number and date of purchase.
  2. Proof of legal smoking age (Copy of Government-Issued Photo ID)
  3. Explanation of the issue.
